We manufacture Blog Board using excellent quality of plantation timbers. In the making of Block Board, logs are quarter sawn into planks using SDR method. These are chemically treated and well seasoned before converting them into battens in a multiple ripsaw. Battens are sandwiched between two glued mechanically dried veneers and are pressed in hot press under accurate temperature and pressure. This is an extremely durable and safest block board that also works well against borers
